Since our inception in 2005, we’ve worked with dozens of companies in a variety of industries from startups to global brands. Who We Are

Caroline Lubbers, Founder and Principal Thinker

Caroline is a problem solver and strategic communicator. Her passion is digging deep into brands, finding out what makes them tick, and communicating their essence and vibe in unique and unexpected ways.

Caroline put her problem solving and organizational skills to use during a 3-year stint as Vice-President of Operations at a multi-channel specialty foods company that grew 1500%  to a multi-million dollar brand during her tenure. Thanks to this experience, she faces challenges with a holistic view and an understanding of logistical and operational needs required for success.

By engaging a network of trusted partners when needed, Goldfish Consulting stays nimble, taking on projects of all sizes from brand launches to global strategy initiatives.
